WHY YOU?

Hello Folks…its been a while since I wrote…You know why…”LIFE!”

He, She, They…every human being is going through something. It can be big, small or even complicated…Or some even say that they are too happy this moment. But all of these emotions don’t stay too long. It is emotions that make your life flow. We cannot stick to one emotion our entire life. We need to adapt to our constant change of happenings around us. And when things are all right and still we feel down or less motivated, what do you do? Do you give up? Do you ask why its always you who is suffering?

Out of all the Bible characters that I know, Job is my favorite and here's why….

Job was a righteous and God fearing person. He was the wealthiest man in UZ but what he went through is beyond our imagination. One loss at a moment is unbearable to us but Job lost his property, his ten children, his health all at the same time. That is far beyond our sufferings. Can you imagine how he would have felt like...?

Job was filled with anguish and wanted to give up losing his will to live…But little did he know that this suffering is a battle between God and Satan. Satan wanted to turn Job away from God and corrupt him and God let Satan do this.

Wait…

Did God agree to let Satan destroy Job? Now you must think that God is doing wrong to a good person…

God did agree to let Satan destroy Job because this way God’s glory will be shined. God knows that Job will never turn against Him even when he suffered like no other. And when I read the book of Job, my thought was: What if Job knows that this is a battle between God and Satan? Will he accept his loses or will he be angry with God for putting him through this?

What if the same question applies to you? What if your hardships or pain is a test?

A testing to your faith or for your endurance or it is a testing to see how far you can go with trusting only God. If you know that it’s a battle, I know you’ll all buckle up and try to fight our temptations out. Maybe God has put you through this as a challenge to Satan. We never know what God’s thoughts are but we do know that our God is a living God who listens, answers and guides us in times like these. His love for us is never ending and that is why he challenged Satan to work His glory through us. He chose us for this.

Despite Job’s difficulties he said, “The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord” (Job 1:21).

God gave everything back to him making him wiser and better who was so patient amidst the upheaval of life.

So, to the ones who are reading this, I want you to remember this: What you are going through can be hard but you are not alone. So, rise up and shine and let know that you cannot be knocked down and whatever comes your way your trust for God will never be broken.

What if today God has challenged Satan that you would never turn against him? Will you fight it out?

It's you because you are chosen to make His glory shine. With this in mind, lets turn our what ifs to even ifs...
